How has arpReach helped your business?

arpReach is an amazing product. I was able to help 3 of my clients reach their sales goals in a matter of days without all the hassle of the commercial CRM products. Best of all we saved a ton of money in the process.

What is your favorite feature in arpReach?

The ability to send unlimited emails and have unlimited contacts is a must for a quickly growing informational marketing company. If we had stuck with one of the commercial CRM companies, we would be spending well over $800 per month right now.

Why did you choose arpReach?

The ability to have a fully managed CRM was what brought us to arpReach. We hated all the hoops we had to jump through to get an email out. We understand that there are "rules" that have to be upheld to get great deliverability but if you are like us, we have a nice clean, large list that needs lots of nurturing, which means, lots of emails every month.

Overall, this is a great piece of software. It is a work in progress and I am glad to see you have a development staff that actively is working to improve this product. I have no doubt that in the coming months, this will be an incredible option for anyone looking to send large amounts of email. This will only make my business more productive.

It has allowed me to stimulate customers to use the products they have purchased to solve a wider range of problems than they realized the products would do, and to offer them sale prices on items they have not yet purchased.

Why did you choose arpReach?

I own the program and the database. I can choose where I put it and have absolute control over the data.

As a former engineering product manager who managed projects that included mechanical, electronics and software aspects, I am totally impressed with the design and implementation of both the arpReach system. That is why I bought AutoResponse Plus (ARP3) originally. Though version 3 was a bit DOS-ish, arpReach has shed all that and come full front into the 21 century.

I am also pleased to see that the product pricing now reflects the real value of what I consider to be the best autoresponder on the web. arpReach was worth waiting for.

Contact management where you have a clear view on subscriptions. One place for contact details to maintain. Templates for HTML messages. This saves me hours of work because now I can do all the things I need to do from within arpReach. Also, attachments being stored inside arpReach itself.

It is installed on your own server. Program without limitation on the number of lists and number of contacts.
